Mize & Company terms & COnditions

All returns must have an RGA number to be accepted.  Freight charges may apply.  No COD's accepted on returns.  No returns will be accepted after 90 days from purchase date.  No returns on closeout items or non-stock items.  A 25% restock fee may be charged on any returns and will be charged on all returns after 30 days from purchase.  A repackaging fee may apply if product comes back damaged.  Written authorization must be secured prior to return. 

Orders for stock parts cannot be cancelled once shipment has been made.  Orders for custom-made parts such as cables or wiring harnesses may not be cancelled once a purchase order has been submitted. 

Claims for damages, shortages or errors must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.  If items are damaged, it must be documented with carrier's bill of lading upon receiving.  Contact Mize within 24 hours with photos and documentation.  If Mize & Company shipped the product, choosing and controlling the carrier, then Mize & Company will take responsibility for the damaged good, processing the damage claim through the carrier, as well as replacing the material.  If the product was shipped freight collect to the customer, then by terms of shipping it is the responsibility of the customer, and the carrier.  The customer must contact their carrier and claim the damaged goods.  In this case, the customer will still be billed for the damaged goods.

A $10.00 small order fee will be applied to all orders less than $100.00. 

Mize & company warranties each item we manufacture against defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use.  This warranty is for one year from time of delivery to customer.  Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of product to the original purchaser.  This warranty does not apply to damage in transit or alterations to product.  We reserve the right to make changes in design without notice or obligations.  Pictures in our catalog are intended for general purpose description only.
